Under the patronage of Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, President of the Supreme Council for Health, the Royal Bahrain Hospital will organize the second Diabetes and Endocrinology Conference in Bahrain in collaboration with local and international experts. The conference, to be held in February, will feature workshops, presentations, and discussions related to diabetes and endocrine disorders, with a focus on diagnosis, treatment, and advanced research in the field.

Dr. Wissam Hussein, a key speaker at the event, emphasized the significance of this conference for the Kingdom of Bahrain, highlighting its role in raising awareness about diabetes and its complications. The conference aims to enhance collaboration among specialists, with expectations that the number of diabetes cases will rise in the Gulf region by 2030.
